On 4th April 2019, the Embassy of Italy to the Holy See hosted the conference “Sustainable Management: challenges and the common good” to celebrate the 3rd edition of the Master in Management of the Organizations and the Social Doctrine of the Church delivered by Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”.

The Master, the only one on this subject offered by a State university in Italy, aims at teaching a corporate culture enlightened by ethical and spiritual values of the Social Doctrine of the Church.

During the conference Prof. Paola Paniccia, Mons. Munono, Giancarlo Abete, Maurizio Quagliuolo, Carlo Petrini e Mauro Oliva highlighted some essential features of the Catholic Social Doctrine, in particular with regard to sustainable development and green culture.

The event was a great success in terms of both participation and attention. The high attendance demonstrates the widespread interest in the issues related to the Social Doctrine of the Church.
